The elastomer inner jacket, which protects the high-purity and thermally treated 99.99% pure silver conductors, works in a similar way to an airbag. Forces still acting on the polyurethane sheath are efficiently eliminated in the elastomer. The signal conductors, which then follow in the core of the cable safe and are insulated with PTFE, are held in their special shape by means of PTFE banding. The transported analog audio signals thus remain original even after long distances and the most extreme influences.

The soft polyurethane sheathing in silk is manufactured with tiny air pockets. Excitations caused by sound are thus absorbed radially and axially by the hard base material; cable parameters are fixed and microphonics are eliminated as far as possible. This is followed by a decoupling fabric to create a separation between the PUR jacket and the braided shield - and to increase the flexibility of the overall construction. A hard shell with high flexibility interrupts the longitudinal material excitation and benefits the overall sound reproduction.
