The HiDiamond Top Gold speaker cable is designed as an uncompromising reference solution for the most demanding high-end audio systems. It combines state-of-the-art material technology, sophisticated conductor geometry and high-quality connection components to create a cable design that enables maximum signal purity and sonic precision.
At its heart is the proprietary UP-4VRC Ultra Pure Single Crystal Copper© (UP-SCC 4VRC) technology. This particularly high-purity, single-crystal copper is processed in an advanced refinement process that reduces electrical losses even more than previous 4VRC generations. The aim is to consistently minimize resistance, inductance and capacitance - crucial parameters for linear, low-distortion transmission of even the finest musical details.
The conductor structure is based on an elaborately twisted geometry with 16 × 2.5 mm² conductors, which supports an even current distribution and a stable electromagnetic balance. This design improves tonal balance across the entire frequency spectrum and ensures powerful, precise and controlled bass reproduction, especially in the low frequency range, without overlapping mid and high frequency information.
An integrated graphite-containing damping structure helps to reduce high-frequency interference and micro-vibrations within the cable structure. This minimizes inherent noise and improves the clarity of fine signal components - a particular advantage for high-resolution audio chains.
XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) is used as the dielectric. This material is characterized by excellent insulation properties and a very stable electrical characteristic. The even field distribution supports linear signal routing and contributes to natural, uncolored reproduction.
HiDiamond also relies on the highest quality for the connections, using its own rhodium-plated banana plugs with a robust, snug fit. The housing is made of NFC-treated carbon fiber, which combines mechanical stability with additional damping. Solid, rhodium-plated fork shoes are also available as an option to enable optimum adaptation to different speaker and amplifier terminals.
