The all-new design brings the Ruark R2 up to date with the latest technology, implemented while retaining the key details that have made the R2 so popular since its launch in 2007.The most obvious change in the R2 Mk4 from its predecessor is its sleek silhouette.
The sleek new proportions allow the system to be placed almost anywhere in the home. This makes it perfect for placement on a windowsill or bookshelf.The look of the R2 is simple, yet stunning and absolutely on-trend - exactly what today's design-conscious customer is looking for. The case with precise lines and soft contours, combined with the real wood front grill create a timeless retro-modern feel.

Along with its real glass display and Ruark's trademark Roto-Dial control panel on the top, the new R2 is unmistakably Ruark in design.
The quality of workmanship is immediately apparent.

Like a complete music system, the Ruark R2 is equipped with DAB+, FM and Internet tuner with presets. It directly supports the most important streaming services such as Spotify, AmazonMusik and Deezer.
Likewise, any other streaming service can also be played via the high-quality Bluetooth receiver. Bluetooth playback works seamlessly, it integrates with the volume function on phones and tablets, so the volume can be easily increased or decreased. The R2 also features a USB-C charging and playback port, a switchable aux line input, and a headphone output.

The R2 can be remotely controlled via the UNDOK app as well as an optionally available compact remote control.
The color LCD display clearly shows time, alarm and program information including station and album art. The brightness is automatically adjusted via a sensor to match the ambient light.

As with all Ruark products, only carefully selected technologies have been used in the R2 to deliver wonderfully clean and clear sound.
The linear amplifier, combined with the company's proprietary NS+ speaker systems and adaptive equalization, provide perfect tonal balance for all genres of music or even spoken word content.
