Browse records, CDs, hi-fi and accessories – every order placed via your customer account counts towards your spend, including the very first one.
We add up your orders from the last 12 months. Once you reach a tier, your discount is activated from your next order.
Your loyalty discount is deducted automatically from your following purchases – for as long as your 12-month spend stays at that tier.

Important: The loyalty discount always applies from your next order onwards. Your first order – however large – is still charged without the loyalty discount, but counts in full towards your spend. So if you start with €600, you’ll save 2% from your second order.
