A record forgives no carelessness: a crushed sleeve, a warped pressing or a hairline crack in a CD case can spoil the anticipation before the needle even drops. That’s why we pack every order by hand – in high-quality record mailer boxes and with a collector’s eye.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your parcel (goods including packaging). At checkout you’ll see the exact price and can choose the shipping provider that suits you best. Our shipping costs are fairly calculated – including high-quality record packaging and insured delivery.
Highlighted in orange: the cheapest shipping option for each weight. A “–” means: not available for this weight.

We aim to show delivery times as accurately as possible. For some suppliers we don’t have direct insight into stock levels while you place your order – in these cases we check availability immediately after your order.

| 05 · Shipping & Packaging |
We ship Monday to Friday until approx. 12 noon. Within Germany, in-stock items usually reach you within one working day – if ordered before 12 noon, possibly as early as the next day. Smaller shipments sent as Kleinpaket may in rare cases take up to 3 working days.
Every record receives a new PE outer sleeve – included in the price, of course. All parcels are insured and travel in high-quality record mailer boxes. In the interest of environmental protection and conserving resources, as a high-volume shipper we reuse incoming supplier packaging, provided it is in perfect condition.
Orders containing items not in stock are generally only shipped once all items have arrived with us. If delays become apparent, we send a partial delivery – after 4 weeks at the latest, always free of shipping charges.
We work with the service providers we have had the best experience with over many years: DHL and FedEx.
Small, light shipments up to 1 kg – such as accessories, styli or care products – travel at low cost as DHL Kleinpaket. Records, larger quantities of CDs and equipment are shipped as DHL Paket up to 31.5 kg.

The affordable solution for small international shipments up to 1 kg – ideal for single records, CDs or accessories. Your parcel receives priority handling and reaches you correspondingly quickly.

When speed matters – or when heavy parcels should travel as economically as possible. FedEx National Priority delivers by express within Germany; FedEx Regional Economy is our preferred solution for medium and heavy parcels within Europe.

All shipping costs for deliveries within the EU include statutory VAT.
Deliveries to Switzerland are made as tax-free exports and up to a maximum of 5 kg. On import, Swiss VAT, customs duties and clearance fees may apply, which are payable by the recipient.
For very large but light parcels, the carrier may charge a higher volumetric weight. In this case we will contact you in advance.
