01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

4–6 days — EU drop shipment Not in stock – reorder (if available from supplier) Direct delivery from the manufacturer or a partner in Europe. A phone number for the courier is required.

Backorder Already reordered by us – available shortly Usually available within one week.
New release announced Coming soon – exact delivery time unknown Release date shown on the product page. For US titles, please allow several weeks of lead time.
2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

U BOX 4IR - speaker switcher remote control Dodocus

Professional remote-controlled speaker selector switch by Dodocus - Made in Germany - handcrafted

Ubox 4-IR User Manual

This high-end speaker selector is designed for professional use or high-end customers to connect up to four different speakers to a single amplifier. While primarily intended for preselecting speakers, other applications are also possible. Among other things, you could use the UBox 4-IR to control different rooms in your home.
Switching is performed using the highest-quality power relays. Expertly crafted terminals for banana plugs ensure low-loss contact with the speaker cables.
