01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

Serenade V2 - Kopfhörerverstärker - Streamer - DAC - HifiMan

HIFIMAN Serenade V2 - Versatile high-end wireless streamer, DAC and amplifier for the highest demands

The HIFIMAN Serenade V2 combines elegant design, innovative technology and outstanding sound quality in one compact device. As an all-in-one solution, it combines a wireless streamer, DAC, preamplifier and headphone amplifier in a solid aluminum housing that not only looks high quality, but is also impressively finished.

Design and workmanship

The solid aluminum housing and the weight of just under 4 kilograms immediately convey a feeling of quality and durability. This masterpiece is the result of a collaboration between HIFIMAN and the renowned amplifier specialist Goldenwave. The result: a technical and aesthetic highlight that will be an eye-catcher in any hi-fi system.

High-end equipment

Inside the Serenade V2 beats the heart of the device: the in-house Himalaya PRO Ladder DAC. With a separate DAC unit for each channel, it delivers impressive sound fidelity and a wealth of detail. The audiophile amplification is based on high-quality FET operational amplifiers, a discrete low-pass filter section and a powerful Class A headphone amplifier. The integrated 50-watt toroidal transformer and the 30,000 micro-farad capacitance ensure stable and dynamic audio output.

Versatile connection options

With a wide range of inputs and outputs, the Serenade V2 is a true connection miracle:
Analog inputs: RCA (cinch)
Digital inputs: Coaxial, Toslink, USB, LAN
Headphone connections: 6.35 mm jack (unbalanced), 4-pin XLR and 4.4 mm PENTACONN (balanced)
Analog outputs: XLR and RCA for connection to external amplifiers or active speakers

Flexibility and streaming functions

The Serenade V2 can be seamlessly integrated into modern hi-fi setups and networks:

Connection via network cable or WiFi for use with network players, computers and smart devices
Compatibility with streaming apps such as Bubble or Hi-Fi Cast enables access to streaming services such as TIDAL and qobuz
USB connection for mobile music players, smartphones, tablets or computers

For every music lover

Thanks to its analog volume control and powerful Class A headphone amplification, the Serenade V2 is suitable for even the most demanding headphones. Even devices with high electrical resistance are driven with ease.

The HIFIMAN Serenade V2 is the perfect choice for music lovers looking for a versatile device that combines streaming, hi-fi and high-end headphone operation. With its high-quality workmanship, impressive features and unrivaled value for money, the Serenade V2 sets new standards. Whether as a wireless streamer, DAC or headphone amplifier - the Serenade V2 will impress across the board.
