01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

SERIE S5 - Hifi Rack - S5-2 - black - Solidsteel

High quality audio rack / equipment table from the Italian manufacturer Solidsteel.

The S5 series is the real expression of our fundamental philosophy. It is the result of the union between the technical research dedicated to the functionality of our products and the absolute care for the aesthetic sense that has always been given. Thanks to the priority given to qualitative research, dedicated over the years to the ideal materials, all the main features of the previous products - made by welding processes - have been merged with the most valuable technical features, improved over the years by the development of the Hyperspike line . In this way, a range of Basilar equipment was born, characterized mainly by the excellence, quality and simplicity of its components. The products of the S5 series are characterized by shelves designed and decoupled on two levels.

The main shelves, perforated in their central areas, are finished with embedded details in steel. The secondary shelves, on the other hand, through their placement on our new steel cones, create the decoupling designed for our innovative system developed to contrast component vibrations. Specifically, when our traditional steel spikes are placed on their corresponding steel discs (S-Series PADS), they transfer the accumulated vibrations from the entire structure toward the floor during normal use. This works well to provide a high level of functionality. The aluminum tubes, as with the S3 series, are filled with damping material (non-granular) and their secure mounting system allows anyone to adjust the rack to their preferred height.

Finally, the customization is combined with the product technology described above, where users can adjust the heights of the panels in the racks at any time to enjoy a valid technical equipment at the service of their facilities or systems.
