01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Revox Grandmaster C60 Multipack empty cassette - 10 pieces

Revox Grandmaster - the return of the analog audio cassette

The audio cassette has been experiencing a remarkable comeback for some years now - and Revox is picking up on this trend with the consistency for which it is renowned for its quality. The new Revox Grandmaster is a cassette that combines traditional analog sound culture with contemporary manufacturing.
At its heart is a latest-generation ferro tape manufactured exclusively for Revox and based on the legendary Grandmaster formula. This combination ensures a warm, detailed and particularly balanced sound and delivers the best results in the Ferro / Normal Position Type I setting.

The 5-fold screwed Revox housing, manufactured in Europe, guarantees a stable and durable tape run. Reusable recording locks offer additional flexibility in practical use.
The equipment also sets a clear mark of quality: The cassette is supplied in a transparent snap box, supplemented by a generous 3-fold J-Card with ample space for labeling as well as a high-quality 2-fold sticker set.

The Revox Grandmaster is now available to order in the barrel lengths C-60 and C-90. Delivery will take place from 12.12.2025 in the order in which orders are received.
