Thanks to the renunciation of expensive packaging and any further fuss, you get the highest hi-fi quality at a very attractive price.

Here Melodika offers with the MD2R a high quality NF cable (chinch cable) with solid 24 carat gold plated and color coded full metal chinch connectors optionally in the lengths 0.5m, 1.0m and 1.5m, 3m and 5m (this variant).

This cable, whose construction is based on a solid 0.25 mm² copper conductor, is specially designed for hi-fi/stereo/home cinema applications.
The special "single core" construction of the cable is seen by many specialists as the perfect form the hi-fi application.
Low capacitances provide very detailed reproduction of the high frequency ranges. Therefore you get a reproduction of the high frequency range in a natural form and without unpleasant sharpness,

Shielding

The shielding of the Melodika MD2R NF cables consists of a double copper braiding with a shielding level of 99%. Due to the precise and accurate shielding, the music signal is very well protected against interference from the outside, from electrosmog or magnetic fields.
This is extremely important for an LF cable, since the music signal here has only a very small amplitude (size) and is accordingly susceptible to interference. The shielding of the Melodika NF cables guarantees a pure and unadulterated music signal:

PTFE - insulation

As insulation Melodika chooses PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), a special plastic, which is temperature resistant up to 320 degrees Celsius and resistant to chemicals. It does not react even in concentrated acid.
The connectors are designed to provide excellent insulation while maintaining high load capacity. Thus, the Melodika MDRCA is suitable for more than

2000 cycles/plugs.
When soldering - we recommend and use silver solder - the cable, there is no overheating of the insulation. Thus, the structure of the connector is not even minimally affected, thanks to which the signal is not disturbed in any way.
In addition, the PTFE insulation does not store electrostatic charges -that's why it is an excellent insulator and a great condition for excellent sound.
