01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.

2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Viablue TS cable lugs - 8 mm - 2 pairs - ViaBlue

High-quality audio cable lugs with 24k real gold plating from Viablue - High End Technologies

The TS series cable lugs are characterized by consistently firm contact between speaker cable and pole terminals due to their screw connection with the sockets. In addition to the 8 mm version presented here, there is also a version with a 6 mm fork size.

Structure and description
The background to the TS series is the development of a connector that is perfectly suited to all types of socket. All TS connectors include a transparent insulation sleeve to protect against short circuits. The 5 mm wide opening for cable entry allows cables of up to 8 qmm to be fitted.

Installing loudspeaker cables in TS connectors is extremely easy and convenient. The only tools required are a screwdriver (Allen key 1.5) for fastening the cables and a tool for stripping the cable insulation. We recommend stripping the cable to a length of 8 mm and inserting it into the connector housing as far as it will go. The cable is fixed in place using the two M4 screws supplied, eliminating the need for soldering. Crimping with copper wire end ferrules provides lasting protection against oxidation and breaking of the sensitive strands.
