01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Top Bronze - Mains cable - HiDiamond

HiDiamond Top Bronze power cable
The HiDiamond Top Bronze mains cable sets new standards in terms of power supply for high-quality audio and hi-fi systems. It combines state-of-the-art material technologies with precision manufacturing to ensure exceptional sound quality.

Advanced 4VRC© technology
The cable uses proprietary 4VRC© single crystal copper technology (SCC 4VRC). The copper is annealed four times to significantly reduce inductance, capacitance and resistance values. This is complemented by a graphite coating that effectively minimizes noise and ensures clearer signal transmission.

Optimized insulation for maximum performance
The insulator used is XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene), which is superior to conventional Teflon in terms of performance and stability. XLPE significantly lowers the trigger threshold of voltage peaks (spikes), reduces signal barriers and thus enables greater linearity and precise control of the base sine wave. The result is a clean, dynamic sound with excellent bass response.

Flexibility and high-quality connectors
The HiDiamond Top Bronze mains cable can be configured flexibly:

Schuko plug as standard, also available with US or UK socket on request.
All plugs are silver-plated to optimize signal transmission and prevent corrosion.
