01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Top Silver - Power cable - HiDiamond

HiDiamond Top Silver mains cable
The HiDiamond Top Silver mains cable is a high-quality audio mains cable that has been specially developed for demanding hi-fi and high-end applications. Using the latest conductor technology and precise processing, it optimizes the power supply to sensitive audio components and contributes to stable, low-loss power transmission.

Advanced UP-4VRC technology
The proprietary UP-4VRC technology (Ultra Pure Single Crystal Copper© - UP-SCC 4VRC) is at work inside. This ultra-pure single crystal copper reduces structural contact resistance within the conductor material to a minimum.
Compared to the SCC 4VRC technology (Single Crystal Copper 4VRC) used in the Bronze series, UP-SCC 4VRC enables even better electrical characteristics:

Reduced inductance
Lower capacitance
Minimized conductor resistance

The result is a particularly clean, stable power supply - a crucial basis for precise signal processing, increased dynamics and authentic sound reproduction.

Elaborate cable construction
The power cable has an internal "twisted" conductor structure with 4 x 4 mm² solid conductors. This geometry helps to optimize the electromagnetic properties and supports even current distribution.
High-quality XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) is used as the insulation material. This is characterized by excellent electrical insulation properties, high temperature resistance and long-term stability.
The robust outer sheath with a diameter of 14 mm reliably protects the conductors from mechanical influences and also ensures a high-quality feel.

High-quality Viborg plugs
The cable is equipped with VIBORG VE502R connectors:

Schuko plug with aluminum housing
Contacts made from pure copper
Rhodium-plated contact surfaces for increased corrosion resistance and long-lasting stable conductivity

The rhodium-plated surface ensures permanently secure contacting and minimizes contact resistance.
