When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

Top Gold - Phono Kabel - HiDiamond

Top Gold phono cable
The Top Gold phono cable was developed for demanding audiophiles who expect the highest signal purity and maximum sound fidelity. It is based on the proprietary UP-4VRC technology (Ultra Pure Single Crystal Copper©, UP-SCC 4VRC) in combination with graphite and thus sets new standards in analog signal transmission.
Compared to the already high-quality Bronze 4VRC© series, which is based on Single Crystal Copper (SCC 4VRC), the UP-4VRC technology achieves significantly improved electrical characteristics. In particular, inductance, capacitance and electrical resistance are further reduced, resulting in a much more precise and low-loss transmission of the finest phono signals.
XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) is used as the insulation material. XLPE performs up to 100 times better than conventional Teflon. This exceptional insulation quality significantly lowers the triggering threshold of signal peaks (spikes) and reduces the width of the so-called music signal barrier. The result is a higher linearity, a lower amplitude of the base sine curve and an overall more stable and undistorted signal routing.
For optimum contact quality and long-term reliability, the cable is equipped with high-quality, silver-plated WBT connectors. These ensure minimal contact resistance and a secure, loss-free connection between turntable and phono preamp.
