01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Base Two - Device base - bFly-audio

The successful model BaseTwo is based on a 30 mm multiplex plate made of birch wood.
The surface is an anodized aluminum plate, which not only looks good. The spiral soft polymer bonding has an absorbing effect, while the 3 mm alumiunium plate acts as an insulator. In addition, the aluminum serves as a shield for high-frequency radiation. We have further improved this electrical property with the PowerBase in the form of a grounding module (see PowerBase).

MLA: Several specifically matched layers of high-quality absorber materials such as sorbothane, cork, rubber, separated by a non-absorbing metal insert. Each absorber layer provides filtering of different frequency spectra either by a different material or a different thickness. This addition of filter layers results in an improved overall effect compared to individual materials.
The result: a maximum absorption effect through broadband filtering of interfering frequencies.
The effect: music appears more detailed, relaxed, spatial and natural.

PRO-fessional feet:
The BaseTwo is optionally available at extra cost with the more elaborate PRO feet (see photos below). In the PRO version, the absorber feet also have an aluminum ring on the underside. Due to a particularly close fit of these aluminum rings to the absorber material, horizontal vibrations are reduced, thus further improving the overall effect. Horizontal vibrations mainly occur with room sound, which is mostly caused by the loudspeakers hitting the device from the side.
