01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

SSC Solo Base - beech - SSC

High-end device base from SSC

These device bases are versatile. Whether for record players, large amplifiers, CD players or even loudspeakers. Every device will have optimized sound reproduction characteristics if you "bed" it on these bases. Disturbing vibrations are kept safely away from your device and cannot lead to a "distorted" reproduction. SSC's well-known fabric elements are used in the bases to separate the individual base areas from each other.
This type of base is available in a single, double or triple version.

Thanks to the effective arrangement of the SSC fabric elements, the SSC device and speaker bases offer a positive listening experience that is characterized by increased dynamics, improved resolution and an increased spatial presence. These fabric elements are strategically placed under or between the panels where they help to optimize sound quality.
Compared to conventional SSC equipment bases, these bases have significantly more elements responsible for improving the sound, which has proven to be extremely beneficial in years of development work. The SSC SOLOBASE, for example, has eleven elements, while the TRIPLEBASE has as many as twenty-two.
If the subfloor is firm and the SSC fabric elements can be easily absorbed by the hard floor, the SSC SOLOBASE can be used without hesitation. On a softer surface such as carpeting, however, the SSC TWINBASE would be the better choice. For heavier amplifiers or speakers, the SSC TRIPLEBASE is the ideal base.

In addition, the variety of colors, decors and veneers offers the possibility that the aesthetic aspect is not neglected. The selection of different designs makes it possible to perfectly match the bases to the existing living ambience and make them a harmonious part of the room.

For an extra charge, the standard dimensions of 440 x 360 x 23 mm can also be adapted to larger appliances if necessary. The bases are available in various decorative finishes.
