01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Rocket XL - Cable lifter - Set of 2 - black - Viablue

Fine-tuning to perfection: VIABLUE™ ROCKET Cable Lifter

Perfect sound output thanks to resonance and vibration protection

VIABLUE™ ROCKET Cable Lifters are specially designed to protect cables from unwanted resonance and vibration. They not only provide visually appealing cable routing, but also prevent the build-up of capacitance between the cable and the floor, which significantly improves sound quality.

High quality construction and materials

Solid aluminum body
The Cable Lifter is made of robust aluminum, which guarantees high stability.
Surface finish
An abrasion-resistant coating ensures durability and protection against wear and tear.
High stability
Thanks to their high weight, the cable lifters remain firmly in place and offer reliable support.
Innovative VIABLUE™ soft pads
These pads ensure optimum slip resistance and protect the floor covering.
VIABLUE™ Softrings
These flexible rings enable vibration-damped mounting of the cables and minimize vibrations.

The perfect addition to any audio system.
VIABLUE™ Cable Lifters are the ideal solution for decoupling cables from the floor. They reduce vibrations in the cable and prevent the build-up of capacitance that could result from contact with the floor.

Versatile cable support options

UFO DOME: Suitable for one cable with a maximum diameter of 30 mm.
ROCKET: Can accommodate two cables with a maximum diameter of 20 mm each.
ROCKET XL: Designed for two cables with a maximum diameter of 30 mm each.

Reduction of interference and noise

VIABLUE™ Cable Lifters help to minimize distortion and noise that can be caused by coupling capacitance in the cables and interference fields from floors and walls. This ensures purer signal transmission and therefore significantly improved sound quality.
With the VIABLUE™ ROCKET Cable Lifters, you can take your audio system to the next level by ensuring optimal cable routing and isolation. These high-quality cable lifters are the perfect addition to any high-quality audio system and contribute significantly to a clear and unadulterated sound image.
