01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Bluehorizon Promat - Turntable support - bluehorizon

The PROMAT turntable overlay is a high-quality accessory for turntables designed to reliably suppress resonance when playing records. With this overlay, you can enjoy an impressively quiet sound image with increased detail, enhanced spatial experience and improved bass definition. As a result, music is reproduced more realistically, naturally and vividly.
The PROMAT turntable support features a two-piece design that allows you to compensate for different vinyl thicknesses without having to change the tonearm height (VTA). This feature ensures optimal adjustment to different vinyl records and provides precise scanning of the vinyl.
By providing a perfect coupling between the record and the turntable, the PROMAT turntable support eliminates annoying resonances that could affect the sound image. It minimizes vibrations and unwanted noise, resulting in improved sound quality.
Using the PROMAT turntable support can lead to a significant improvement in the listening experience, as it increases fidelity and intensifies the enjoyment of music. Whether you prefer jazz, classical, rock or other music genres, the overlay allows for a more detailed reproduction of the recording, resulting in an immersive and emotional listening experience.

Technical Details

The unique material composition of Indian rubber, cork and leather holds the record "firmly" and suppresses the resonances created during playback
Two-piece construction allows for compensation of different record thicknesses without adjusting the VTA
