01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Low stock in external warehouse – order soon Fewer than 5 units available.
3–6 days — German partners & wholesalers Not in stock – reorder (if available from supplier) Can be reordered within 24 hours, 1–4 days to reach us.
4–6 days — EU drop shipment Not in stock – reorder (if available from supplier) Direct delivery from the manufacturer or a partner in Europe. A phone number for the courier is required.
4–16 days — Major supplier worldwide Not in stock – reorder (if available from supplier) International order. Immediate refund if unavailable.
On request — delivery time undetermined Please enquire about item status before ordering From short notice up to 4 weeks, possibly sold out.
Backorder Already reordered by us – available shortly Usually available within one week.
New release announced Coming soon – exact delivery time unknown Release date shown on the product page. For US titles, please allow several weeks of lead time.
2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Now Spinning Vinyl Ständer - Vinyl Stand Crosley

We all love the feeling of flipping through our collection, finding the perfect album for our current mood, pulling the record out of its sleeve, gently placing it on the turntable, and dropping the needle onto the vinyl.
We all love the feeling of not having anywhere to put the album sleeve while the record is playing.

Well… thanks to this Crosley record stand, you no longer have to toss the LP sleeve on the floor—you can display the cover in style. Crafted from a solid piece of wood (and we mean solid), this album cover stand offers a prominent spot for single LPs and most double LPs. It’s sturdy and features “nowspinning” lettering on the front, so your Instagram followers know exactly which album you’re listening to.
