When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

	1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
	2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

DUAL proudly presents the latest development from St. Georgen in the Black Forest - the CS 800!
A completely redesigned turntable that lays the foundation for a new series from the house of Dual. The basic principle consists of a heavy base chassis in combination with a subchassis covered with aluminum, which is floating on parabolic springs and thus minimizes any form of external interference.

Three specially buffered aluminum feet in combination with the gimbaled tonearm ensure a trouble-free and uncomplicated set-up. The tonearm is raised to a new level by the use of the new Dual E(aysymotion) internal wiring and the improved tonearm bearing. The electronically controlled DC motor is controlled by a touch switch with LED display.

Tonearm technology
Cardanically mounted tonearm with massless contact force adjustment by high-precision torsion spring. Torsion-resistant tonearm head made of carbon-fiber composite with 1/2" system mounting, adjustable anti-skating.

Chassis technology Solid MDF base chassis in combination with a decoupled sub-chassis (floating on parabolic springs). Damped aluminum platter with antistatically treated felt cover. Turntable technology: Manual turntable. Belt drive with ground flat belt. DC motor with electronic speed control.

Cartridge
The CS 800 is equipped out of the box with the well-known Ortofon 2M Red system. A simple upgrade is possible by needle exchange
