01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

New release announced Coming soon – exact delivery time unknown Release date shown on the product page. For US titles, please allow several weeks of lead time.
2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

amplifier / speaker switcher - AMP-S Pro - black - Dynavox

The AMP-S PRO has the function to switch between two HiFi amplifiers and two pairs of speaker cabinets, as needed. This function allows you to quickly switch between up to 2 amplifiers and up to 2 pairs of speakers without having to change the wiring. The connection jacks are of high quality and are suitable for screw terminals and banana plugs. In addition, generous internal wiring with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² ensures superior signal transmission.

The AMP-S PRO is also equipped with high-quality switches that protect your devices from short circuits by means of a zero setting. The AMP-S PRO's sturdy metal housing has a solid 4 mm aluminum front panel, making it a real eye-catcher. Thus, it can be easily placed in the midst of other hi-fi components.
