01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

SOUND SAVER - Phase Tester Essential Audio Tools SS

High quality phase tester for determining the correct current phase when connecting your audio equipment - from Essential Audio Tools.

In order to get the best possible performance from your audio equipment, it is imperative to phase out the equipment correctly. This means the correct direction of the power plug in the socket, as each power plug can be plugged into the socket in two different directions. Correct and incorrect phase often have significant sonic effects. Correct phasing avoids both push-pull and common-mode interference.
The power lines of some audio equipment have a phase marker for the "hot" conductor. The Sound Saver, thanks to its clever circuitry, allows you to determine the phase of the power outlet. The illuminated LED shows where the phase is located. If the Sound Saver shows nothing, the grounding is not connected correctly. If both LED's are on, there is a so called balanced line.
The two LED's make identification very easy. Contrary to other systems, the Sound Saver immediately shows you the correct pole of the phase. Mix-ups are impossible.
