01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

Top Gold RCA - Cinch cable - HiDiamond

Top Gold RCA - high-end signal cable
The important thing is not what is sent - but what arrives.
A cable that merely exists is not enough. A high-quality signal cable must transmit the music signal unadulterated, precisely and without audible losses.
The Top Gold RCA has been consistently developed for audiophile applications and uses state-of-the-art materials and technologies to ensure exceptionally pure signal transmission.

High-purity conductor technology
The proprietary UP-4VRC Ultra Pure Single Crystal Copper© (UP-SCC 4VRC) technology is used inside the cable. Compared to the Bronze-4VRC© series with conventional Single Crystal Copper, this further development enables significantly improved electrical characteristics. Inductivity, capacitance and resistance are significantly reduced, which is immediately noticeable in higher resolution, better dynamics and more precise detail reproduction.

Graphite layer for noise suppression
The conductor is also combined with graphite. This graphite layer acts as an effective barrier against internal noise that can be generated by the current flow of the music signal itself. The result is an exceptionally clean, interference-free signal with maximum clarity and quietness in the sound image.

XLPE insulation for maximum linearity
XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) is used as the insulation material. This material is far superior to conventional Teflon in terms of electrical performance - up to 100 times more efficient. XLPE reduces the triggering threshold of voltage peaks and optimizes the limit ranges of the music signal. This results in greater linearity, while the amplitude of the bass sine wave remains controlled and precise.

Audible result
The combination of high-purity copper, graphite noise suppression and XLPE insulation ensures:

natural, unadulterated sound reproduction
precise, controlled bass
increased transparency and detail
an overall more realistic and musical signal transmission

Top Gold RCA is the ideal choice for discerning music lovers who want to exploit the full potential of their hi-fi or high-end system - uncompromising, precise and sonically convincing.
