01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

IEC cable socket C19/16A C-246 - OYAIDE

High-end audio accessories from the Japanese specialist OYAIDE

The IEC cable socket C-246 has been developed according to the well-known OYAIDE principles and thus justifies its outstanding appearance: quality at the highest level, ease of use and maximum safety. All knowledge and experience has been fully applied and successfully realized in this masterpiece. Even conflicting requirements have been perfectly reconciled. The solid and robust housing represents the all-round positive features in an impressive way. The gain in dynamics and the increased level of detail in the overall sound image are particularly striking.

The design of the housing is also suitable for solid mains cables with an outer diameter of up to 17 mm. The contact elements can be cited as a further quality feature. To avoid material transitions, the contact pins are always made from a single piece. As a result, the resistance is kept as low as possible, which in turn leads to dynamic reproduction by the connected electronics.

The OYAIDE C-246 also impresses with its high-quality contact materials: Phosphor bronze. This material impresses with its high electrical conductivity and extremely good hardness. After mechanical processing, the metal parts are first polished by machine. In addition, each individual contact is polished twice by hand. The result: a perfect mirror finish and unique quality thanks to efficient production processes.

Finally, the perfect surface coating must be presented: a gold-palladium coating is used. It is therefore clear that only materials of the highest quality are used for this socket, resulting in a very efficient and sustainable product using the latest production techniques.
