01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

DAC Box E - Digital Analog Converter - white - Pro-Ject

Free yourself from the limitations of built-in D/A converters in TVs and computers with the Pro-Ject DAC Box E. This affordable and effective solution is designed to give you the best possible sound without breaking your budget. The special components and circuitry are designed to take your audio experience to a new level by focusing solely on sound quality.
A key advantage of the DAC Box E is the external power supply. By isolating the mains power from the sensitive audio signals, it effectively prevents interference and noise from affecting the sound. The result is a clearer and more detailed sound, giving you an immersive listening experience.

The DAC Box E is a versatile solution that supports a wide range of audio sources. Whether you want to enjoy your favorite music from your computer, your TV or other digital devices, the DAC Box E offers a simple and effective way to enhance the sound.
It is important to note that the DAC Box E does not support bitstream formats such as Dolby Digital® or DTS®. However, if you are looking for high quality D/A conversion for your audio sources, the DAC Box E is the ideal choice.

The Pro-Ject DAC Box E offers first-class sound quality at an affordable price. Free yourself from the limitations of built-in D/A converters and experience your favorite music with a new clarity and precision.
