01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

LIftpoint 3.5 - Audio Equipment feet - SSC

Height-adjustable equipment feet made of solid aluminum for your audio systems.

These feet are particularly suitable to compensate for height differences. This ensures that your audio equipment, hi-fi speakers, turntables, etc. are in a horizontal position. Record players in particular benefit from this adjustment option, as they react particularly critically to a "crooked" set-up.
With the supplied thread adapters (M3, M4, M6, M8), the device feet can be firmly screwed to the audio equipment. In addition, you can also simply position the device on the foot. For this purpose, protective felt washers are included in the delivery.
Solid workmanship that also visually again in your system accents. As a damping element, the well-known and effective fabric technology from the Netpoint series is used.
