01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

The Solution - Contact agent - van den Hul

Van den Hul "The Solution" is a special cleaner for vinyl records developed by A.J. van den Hul. Van den Hul is a renowned company known for its high-quality audio products, especially cables, cartridges and accessories for high-end audio applications. A.J. van den Hul, the founder, is a recognized personality in the high-fidelity audio world, whose passion and technical knowledge are incorporated into the development of his products.
"The Solution" is part of the van den Hul accessories portfolio and is in line with the company's philosophy that the care and maintenance of audio components is essential for sound quality. Vinyl enthusiasts and audiophiles know that the cleanliness of the record has a decisive influence on the sound quality. Dust, dirt and fingerprints can have a negative impact on the audio experience by causing background noise, crackling and even skipping.
"The Solution" is designed to tackle these problems. It is a carefully formulated liquid that aims to deep clean the grooves of vinyl records by removing contaminants that can affect sound quality. Application is generally simple and safe for the user. A small amount of the solution is applied to the record and a special brush or cloth is used to gently clean the grooves, removing dirt and debris without damaging the vinyl.

The composition of "The Solution" is a well-kept secret, consisting of cleaning and anti-static components that not only clean but also reduce the static charge on the record, which in turn reduces the attraction of new dust. The result is a clearer and more precise sound experience that preserves the playback quality of the vinyl.
Van den Hul emphasizes the importance of regular cleaning, not only for sound quality, but also to prolong the life of the records. "The Solution" has therefore become an indispensable product in the record care kit of many vinyl lovers and audiophiles.

In addition to its effectiveness, "The Solution" is characterized by van den Hul's philosophy, which includes a deep appreciation for music and the audio experience. Products like these are an expression of a desire to enable listeners to get the best out of their music collections and enjoy the magic of their vinyl treasures in full clarity.
