01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Low stock in external warehouse – order soon Fewer than 5 units available.

4–6 days — EU drop shipment Not in stock – reorder (if available from supplier) Direct delivery from the manufacturer or a partner in Europe. A phone number for the courier is required.
4–16 days — Major supplier worldwide Not in stock – reorder (if available from supplier) International order. Immediate refund if unavailable.
On request — delivery time undetermined Please enquire about item status before ordering From short notice up to 4 weeks, possibly sold out.
Backorder Already reordered by us – available shortly Usually available within one week.
New release announced Coming soon – exact delivery time unknown Release date shown on the product page. For US titles, please allow several weeks of lead time.
2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

T8 cinch plug - cinch - screwable - 2 pairs - VIABLUE

VIABLUE T8 RCA plugs set standards in the world of audiophile connectors. These high-quality RCA/cinch plugs combine an elegant design with technical precision and offer an optimum solution for discerning audiophiles looking for uncompromising sound quality.

The T8 RCA plugs are manufactured in Germany and are designed as high-end audio components. With a 24 carat gold-plated connection and a sturdy aluminum housing, maximum conductivity with minimum signal loss is guaranteed. The innovative contact crown ensures that the plug connection is securely held and the sound remains crystal clear.

Available in two versions, these plugs offer flexibility and adaptability:

Solder version: specifically for cables with Ø 4 - 9.5 mm, equipped with two diameter decreasers that allow precise adaptation to various cable diameters.
Screw version: Suitable for cables with Ø 6 - 8 mm, a completely closed earth body provides full shielding and ensures ideal contact reliability. Two strain relief screws provide additional support.

Other notable features:

M4 hexagon socket screw with 1.5 mm hexagon for effective strain relief
Ø: 13.5 mm; length of sleeve: 30.5 mm
Inner Ø solder tray: 3 mm (solder version) / inner Ø center pin: 2.8 mm (screw version)

The T8 RCA plugs not only offer exceptional technical properties, but are also easy to install:

Solder version: the cable ends are simply soldered to the contact part, which can be completely separated from the housing.

Screw version: To ensure that the stripped cable fits perfectly, it is fed through the insulation into the pin cylinder and then fixed in place. The strain relief screws provide maximum hold.

Diameter decreaser

reduce the inner diameter of the cable gland. The fixed strain relief enables professional installation of cables with a small Ø from 3 mm.

With their high-class and high-end features(Level 3 and 4), VIABLUE T8 RCA plugs are the perfect choice for a wide range of audio applications that require a clear and detailed sound image.
