01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Vortex HiFi A.I.O. Power CAP - Vortex Hifi

The whole house interference suppression solution! Never has so much well-being and so much sound been so inexpensive!

echnology from alternative medicine
Vortex HiFi uses a unique technology from alternative medicine in all its products to achieve music like live - informing.

A new informing technology makes it possible for us to inform plastics directly and extraordinarily intensively. So it is possible for us with our Entstörungs Dust CAPS, devices - interfaces optimally to dejam and at the same time a perfect Entstressung to accomplish.
A.I.O. Light without Bipolar Field
The A.I.O. CAPS are attached directly to the interfaces (RCA-Chinch) or inserted into the interfaces. This way the information sits exactly where the potential vortices occur. Therefore we do not need a bipolar - active field for interference suppression.
By omitting the Bipolar Field, Vortex Hifi was able to reduce the manufacturing time from 3 weeks to 1 week and thus keep the prices very low with 49,-€ per 10 pieces and 99,- € per 20 pieces (RCA).
Without bipolar active field, the information is non-directional. The advantage of non-directional information is the arbitrary A.I.O. - Suppression products can be used together with the A.I.O. CAPS.

Who wants to have additionally a perfect vibration damping and a perfect, ground-free shielding can fall back of course also in combination on our Nano Shield Plugs.Perfect information with P.I. - information
The A.I.O. CAPS have our best information - our P.I. information. We have used this method for the first time on our A.I.O.. - Ronde 120 and adopted it with new machines for the A.I.O. - CAPS. Until now, P.I. only stood for an informing which was carried out by means of selected semi-precious stones. So in a Nano Shield P.I. - Plug real semi-precious stones are built in. The A.I.O. - CAPS now possess this information of the semi-precious stones without using semi-precious stones themselves. This leads to a sound image that can rightly be called sensational for this price.

The advantages of the Vortex HiFi A.I.O. CAPS
