Boxstar Records
Boxstar Records
Founded in 2008, Boxstar Records has set itself the task of pressing and distributing audiophile masterpieces from original tapes.
Founders David Fonn and Larry Marks are no strangers to the business. David Fonn was head of Cisco Records for 28 years. Larry Marks is the founder of Acoustic Control Corp. Together they are providing the LP enthusiast with a new label star. The dynamic duo's first releases were Vivaldi's "Lute Concertos" on Hungaroton and Julie London's debut LP "Julie is her Name".
Behind the mastering process is the talented Bernie Grundman, whose method of all-tube mastering provides excellent sound conditions. The range includes jazz, pop, rock, classical and much more!
