01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

Backorder Already reordered by us – available shortly Usually available within one week.
New release announced Coming soon – exact delivery time unknown Release date shown on the product page. For US titles, please allow several weeks of lead time.
2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

GREAT TURNTABLES - Buch Brieden Verlag

Great Turntables - The best turntables in the world

probably the noblest and most beautiful book about the world's top turntables and analog sculptures - Brieden Verlag (publisher of LP magazine) - 280 pages - a book that sets standards!

With 2.4 kg full of pictures, descriptions and stories, "Great Turntables" is a unique and affordable piece of "men's dream" (women will certainly also go into raptures), which will certainly find a permanent place on the living room table, next to the bed or on the xxx :-).
Alongside fast cars, motorcycles and a few other objects of desire, the record player sculptures have secured themselves a permanent place in this ranks. Constantly improved, developed and refined, they have become true works of art in their technical perfection.
They contribute significantly to the incredible story of the rebirth of vinyl. After all, they are able to offer a sound experience that is unparalleled in the digital world.

In this fantastic illustrated book, you will experience 40 current record players, three phono preamplifiers and six legendary turntables. The classics are explained as well as current designs and give you an insight into the state of the art.

Robert Glückshöfer (author) about his book: "Follow us on this journey through the fascinating world of high-quality music reproduction with the best and most beautiful record players in the world!"
