01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

A28 - black - Multiroom bookshelf speaker - Audio Pro

The A28 is an impressive active stereo speaker set that offers a premium sound experience for music and movies. Compared to soundbars, it promises better audio quality and gives you full control over your home entertainment.

You can connect the A28 to your TV via the Audio Return Channel (ARC) and control the speakers via the TV remote. There's also the option to stream music from various streaming providers via WiFi (including AirPlay 2) or Bluetooth. If you have a CD player, you can connect it via the optical input, while analog sources are supported via an RCA input. Control is via either the Audio Pro app or the included remote.

The A28s have five presets that allow easy access to stored radio stations or playlists. You can fine-tune the speakers' bass and treble in the Audio Pro app, and even add a virtual surround effect (only available for the ARC input). This creates a wider soundstage for movies. The intensity of the virtual surround effect can be adjusted in three different levels to suit your personal preferences and the room the speakers are in.

The A28's MDF cabinet is finished in soft, satin white or black to blend harmoniously into your home. The fabric fronts are magnetically attached, allowing for easy removal for cleaning purposes.

The A28 is prepared for wall mounting, and separate brackets can be purchased. Alternatively, the speakers can easily be placed on a shelf. The speaker features a full-range/satellite switch that automatically disconnects the bass in satellite mode. This allows the speakers to play optimally in combination with an active subwoofer to create an even more impressive sound.
