01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

A28 W - black - Multiroom bookshelf speaker - Audio Pro

Audio Pro A28 - The smart stereo system for your home entertainment
The Audio Pro A28 redefines the sound of modern entertainment. This compact, active stereo speaker set offers you an impressive listening experience for music, movies and TV - much more powerful and precise than conventional soundbars.

Outstanding sound for music & movies
The A28 delivers true hi-fi sound in a modern format. Thanks to precise digital amplification and tuned drivers, you'll experience detailed highs, clear mids and rich, controlled bass. Whether you're streaming music, watching a movie or gaming, the A28 delivers realistic, room-filling sound with character.

Versatile connection options & full control
Simply connect your TV via the HDMI ARC connection and control the speakers conveniently using the TV remote control. An optical input, an RCA input for analog sources as well as Bluetooth and WiFi (including AirPlay 2 and Google Cast) are available for other devices.
This allows you to play music from all major streaming services wirelessly - directly from your smartphone, tablet or computer.
It can be conveniently controlled via the Audio Pro app or the remote control supplied. Five individually assignable preset buttons give you quick access to your favorite radio stations or playlists - without the hassle of navigating.

Multiroom function for music throughout the house
With the integrated Audio Pro Multiroom technology, you can seamlessly connect the A28 with other speakers from the brand. Play the same song synchronized in several rooms or different music in each room - just the way you like it.

Individual sound & Virtual Surround
In the app, you can precisely adjust bass and treble to perfectly match the sound to your room and your preferences. In addition, the A28 offers a Virtual Surround mode (only via the ARC input), which provides a particularly wide, cinematic sound image.
The effect can be adjusted in three stages - ideal for movies, series or gaming with immersive sound.

A design to be proud of
The high-quality MDF housing is available in elegant white, black or elegant walnut veneer and blends harmoniously into any living environment. The magnetically attached fabric covers give the speakers a timelessly elegant look.
Whether on a shelf, sideboard or on the wall - the A28 can be used flexibly. Wall mounting is prepared (suitable brackets available separately). The integrated full-range/satellite switch allows you to adjust the sound optimally. In satellite mode, the bass is automatically filtered to work perfectly with an active subwoofer.

WiiM Inside - future-proof streaming
The new Audio Pro app, "powered by WiiM", gives you a modern and powerful streaming experience. It allows you to stream all content via the most advanced protocol - even between Audio Pro and WiiM devices - naturally multi-room capable and with the highest sound quality.

Compatibility
The Audio Pro A28 is compatible with all current models of the brand, including A10 MkII W, A15 W, A28 W, A38 W, A48 W, C5 MkII W, C10 MkII W, C20 W, Drumfire II W and Drumfire D-2 W.
Older WiFi devices such as A10, A26, A36, C3, C5, C10, Drumfire and C-SUB also remain fully usable via the previous app.

Compact, elegant and powerful sound
The Audio Pro A28 is the perfect solution for anyone looking for real stereo hi-fi in a modern, smart speaker system. It combines stylish design, a wide range of connection options and impressive sound quality - for music and movie enjoyment at the highest level.
