When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

	1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
	2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

With the new Debut PRO S Balanced, Pro-Ject is crowning the successful Debut series. The model combines the highest sound quality with uncompromising functionality - now for the first time with genuine True Balanced technology! Instead of superfluous switches, LEDs or labels, the focus is on interaction with the music. The clearly structured controls invite you to listen consciously, while the haptic experience underlines the high quality of workmanship.

New S-shaped 10-inch tonearm with SME connection
The PRO S Balanced features a newly developed, s-shaped 10-inch aluminum tonearm. The precision-milled aluminum bearing - typical of the PRO series - allows flexible use of different cartridges. Thanks to the extensive adjustability of the tonearm, sound characteristics can be explored and individually adapted. The SME bayonet connection makes it possible to change cartridges quickly - ideal for listeners who like to experiment.

High-quality CNC-milled aluminum parts
One look at the Debut PRO S Balanced shows: The focus here was on quality. Instead of plastic, only precisely manufactured aluminum components are used - free of cavities, robust and durable. The design impresses with its elegant, satin black surface and harmonious design language. The aluminum sub-platter, which is only available for an extra charge on other Debut models, is already fitted as standard.

True Balanced - Interference-free music enjoyment at a professional level
Phono signals are extremely sensitive - around 1000 times weaker than conventional line-level signals. Interference from electrosmog (e.g. WLAN or household appliances) therefore has a direct effect on the sound. Conventional RCA connections offer little protection here. The solution: a balanced audio connection, as is standard in studios and on stages. It minimizes interference and ensures clear, detailed signal transmission - even with long cable runs.
The enclosed Connect it Phono E RCA is a high-quality, semi-balanced phono cable with copper conductors for low-loss transmission. If you want to go one step further, you can exploit the full potential with an optional True Balanced cable - available from your specialist dealer.
