Xtension 10 Evolution - high-end sound art in a compact format
The more compact brother of the Xtension 12 Evolution offers uncompromising vinyl performance in a space-saving design. With the Sumiko Songbird Low MC cartridge fitted, this model is available at an attractive set price.
The Xtension 10 Evolution is aimed at discerning music lovers who appreciate the sound quality of the Xtension 12 but prefer a device with a rack-friendly width of 48 cm. Over two decades of experience in turntable construction have gone into this model.
The chassis made of MDF filled with metal granulate ensures optimum conditions thanks to its high mass and minimal resonance. Four innovative magnetic field feet effectively decouple the 22 kg turntable from the ground - a perfect combination of inertia drive and sub-chassis.
The platter, which weighs around 6 kg, is stabilized by a TPE damping ring. An inverted, magnet-supported platter bearing with ceramic components reduces rumbling noises to a barely measurable minimum. Two opposing neodymium magnets additionally relieve the bearing. A massive platter puck maximizes the contact between vinyl and platter.
The medium-weight 10-inch Pro-Ject 10cc Evolution tonearm is ideal for MM and MC systems. Made from a single piece of carbon fiber, it offers maximum rigidity and low natural resonance. ABEC 7 class ball bearings enable extremely smooth movement and perfect groove tracking. The longer arm geometry reduces the tracking angle error compared to 9-inch tonearms and minimizes distortion.
The Xtension Evolution series is available with 9, 10 and 12-inch tonearms. The model name refers to the respective tonearm length. Each model is finished with exquisite veneers and high-quality high-gloss lacquers - an audiophile highlight for the eyes and ears.

Experience audiophile precision and exclusive design with the Pro-Ject Xtension 10 Evolution - developed for the highest sound demands in a compact space.
