01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

Backorder Already reordered by us – available shortly Usually available within one week.
New release announced Coming soon – exact delivery time unknown Release date shown on the product page. For US titles, please allow several weeks of lead time.
2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Viablue cable bridges SC-4 Crimp - 2 pairs - 15cm - Viablue

The VIABLUE™ SC-4 Silver-Series cable bridges each consist of 2x 4 mm² cores, which ensure excellent sound reproduction. A single wire with silver-plated strands delivers a deep and crystal-clear high frequency range, while a single wire with tinned strands ensures precise and powerful bass reproduction. As a result, all frequency ranges are faithfully transmitted and guarantee a comprehensive sound experience.

Optimum connection of high and low frequencies
The SC-4 cable bridges replace existing metal bridges on speaker bi-wire terminals, resulting in a more efficient and sonorous reproduction of the high and low frequencies. The specified lengths refer to the visible cable between the connectors.

Features

Deep and powerful
Each bridge consists of two wires - one for the high frequencies and one for the low frequencies.
High-quality strands
The cables contain 448 individual strands, which are combined in 2x 7 stranded bundles to form two individual cores. The tweeter wire is silver-plated, the woofer wire is tin-plated.

High-quality manufacturing

The SC-4 Silver-Series speaker cables from VIABLUE™ are specially designed for demanding hi-fi applications. During production, the outer sheath of an SC-4 Silver speaker cable is removed and the four cores are processed into two cable bridges, each containing two cores.

Technical details

Assembled with OFC ferrules
These ensure optimum contact pressure and high signal transmission quality.
24 carat gold-plated contacts
These offer excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Material
Made from chemically high-purity, oxygen-free copper (OFC), which is known for its high electrical conductivity.

Viablue - Made in Germany

VIABLUE™ cables are made in Germany and assembled by hand, guaranteeing first-class quality and outstanding musical enjoyment.
