When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

	1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
	2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

The LSP-2: Optimum energy flow control and resonance dissipation

The LSP-2 is the larger version of the tried and tested LSP-1 and uses a large bronze sphere to control the energy flow optimally. With its high internal damping, the LSP-2 can absorb a considerable amount of energy without distorting the sound image. This ability to absorb and control energy ensures that the sound is neither muffled nor unbalanced.
