When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

	1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
	2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Exclusive absorber from the high-end audio absorber range from Alto Extremo - Made in Germany

The NeoFlex BK is an absorber that uses the principle of magnetic repulsion. The weight of the overlying device is held by up to three neodymium magnets, which have extremely strong magnetic properties. The neodymium magnets enable the absorber to withstand a maximum load of 15 kilograms. Special caps ensure that the magnetic field is shielded from the outside. This results in ideal decoupling from the respective surface. Due to its high weight, the NeoFlex BK is ideal for perfecting your high-end system. Its structure ensures optimized energy dissipation. It is also characterized by its infinitely variable height adjustment.

The low height and extreme stability of this device stabilizer are unique in the world. No comparable product offers such a combination of compactness and strength.
Thanks to the infinitely variable height adjustment and the self-levelling function, you can easily use four or more absorbers. This flexibility ensures perfect adaptation to any equipment set-up and provides optimum stability and performance.

The NeoFlex M is the latest addition to our NeoFlex series and impresses with its full performance despite its small size. Small, strong, black and yet a real NeoFlex - we can finally present the NeoFlex M. The tried and tested function remains unchanged: it too can be infinitely adjusted in height and therefore offers maximum flexibility.

With its compact dimensions, similar to a Lyd I, the NeoFlex M is a technical masterpiece. Two extremely strong neodymium magnets support the weight of the hi-fi device on top and ensure perfect decoupling from the surface. This minimizes unwanted vibrations and maximizes sound quality.
