01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

40 ST - Streaming music player - CYRUS

Cyrus 40 ST - High-end network streamer for digital sound culture
The Cyrus 40 ST is the most advanced streaming music player in the history of Cyrus - designed for those who want to enjoy digital music sources in the highest quality. Equipped with the proven BluOS™ streaming platform, state-of-the-art D/A converter technology and the elegant cabinet design of the new 40 Series, the 40 ST delivers an exceptionally detailed, spatial and dynamic listening experience - whether from the cloud, NAS or directly from your smartphone.

State-of-the-art streaming with BluOS™
BluOS gives you access to over 20 music services in Hi-Res quality, your personal music libraries and thousands of Internet radio stations and podcasts worldwide. The intuitive app control (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS) enables multi-room functionality, individual sound profiles and easy management of your music collection - lossless and in up to 24 bit / 192 kHz.

Precision down to the last detail - Digital sound processing
At the heart of the 40 ST is the powerful ESS Sabre ES9039Q2M DAC system with HyperStream IV Dual DAC technology, which has been uncompromisingly tuned by the Cyrus development team. The board layout, signal paths and current routing have been completely redesigned to achieve the highest levels of dynamics, sonic purity and musical authenticity.

MQA - studio quality for the home
The 40 ST natively supports the MQA format (Master Quality Authenticated) and therefore allows the faithful reproduction of studio master recordings - whether streamed or stored locally. The integrated MQA decoding brings the exact version that the artist recorded in the studio into your living room - in full resolution.

Roon Ready - intelligent music management
As a Roon Ready certified device, the 40 ST can be seamlessly integrated into a Roon ecosystem. The software links your entire digital music library - whether locally, on NAS or via streaming services such as Tidal or Qobuz - into a single, conveniently controllable catalog with artist information, recommendations and cover galleries.

AirPlay 2 integration
With support for AirPlay 2, the 40 ST is the perfect interface for Apple users. Play your music directly from your iPhone, iPad or Mac, connect several AirPlay-enabled devices for synchronized multi-room streaming or control individual rooms with individual music - all conveniently via your iOS device.

Digital connectivity
In addition to integrated streaming, the 40 ST offers two high-quality digital inputs (optical and coaxial) that can be used to connect external devices such as TVs, CD transports or music servers to the high-precision DAC system from Cyrus - for noticeably better sound quality, even with external sources.

Expandable power supply - for maximum performance
The 40 ST can be combined with the optional Cyrus 40 PSU - an external high-performance power supply with multi-regulated outputs. The stabilized, noise-free power supply raises the sonic performance of the streamer to a new level - more dynamics, more control, more music.

Elegant housing design - function meets aesthetics
The new housing of the 40 series is made of solid, black anodized aluminium - low-vibration, high-quality workmanship and a stylish appearance. The central 5" TFT color display provides razor-sharp information for playback, while the invisible touch control panels in the glass front only light up when touched - functional and elegant at the same time.
