01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

RB880 - Tonearm - Rega

The RB880 tonearm is the result of meticulous craftsmanship by a team of highly skilled technicians at Rega. Like all Rega tonearms, the RB880 is manufactured with the utmost precision to ensure the highest sound quality.

Innovations and improvements
The RB880 features a completely new vertical bearing design with very low mass, which enables extremely precise and low-friction movement. The new aluminum tonearm tube has been specially designed to improve coupling to the bearing, arm base and tonearm head. These innovations contribute to outstanding low resonance and optimum mass distribution, which significantly improves the sound quality.

High-quality components
Another highlight of the RB880 is the customized low-capacitance phono cable, which ensures optimum signal transmission. The highly flexible connection cables minimize possible signal losses and contribute to a clear and detailed sound reproduction. The tonearm is equipped with a stainless steel counterweight for additional stability and precision.
