01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

DL103 aluminum cabinet "box variant" - TechneAudio

'Alu enclosure for the Denon DL 103 cartridge system

The good DL103 even better - high quality aluminum enclosure in box design for the legendary DL 103 system from TechneAudio

The audiophile "aluminum enclosure" for the outstanding Denon DL-103 and Denon DL-103R cartridge system is milled from the full aluminum block using CNC technology and is characterized by the special selection of the material and an exact fit. The system, freed from the standard housing, is enclosed absolutely tightly by the aluminum housing body with only a small addition of a 2-K adhesive. This ensures that the system is precisely damped and can therefore perform with low resonance. The "special" of the housing is the precise manufacturing and the additional anti-fingerprint treatment, which makes the surface of the Gehäusese abrasion-resistant, compacted and thus even lower resonance.
There are housings with cut thread as well as with through holes available.
The housing is perfectly manufactured and has an exact fitting accuracy - no glue is necessary!

Due to the specially developed insertion technology, the "cored" transducer is easy to slide into the new housing.
