01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Azimuth Mirror - TechneAudio

Mirror for cartridge adjustment, azimuth presetting
When installing cartridges, it is important that the cartridge is installed straight and plumb.
The mirror with dust cover from TechneAudio))) helps to precisely preset the essential correction of the azimuth setting.

Aluminum case with dust cover

Dimensions: 80mm x 55mm x 3mm

The azimuth should be almost exactly 90° and describes the angle that the needle of the pickup makes to the record.
After setting the recommended tracking force, place the small mirror on the turntable and lower the tonearm and system. The mirror image must not show any kinks. The next step is to use a test record, etc. to help with the adjustment.
