01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

HS-5 Headshell - Titanium - Yamamoto Sound Craft

Titanium, almost as strong as tempered steel, but with a density of 4500kg/m3 only half as heavy. This gives titanium a very high strength in relation to its density.
Titanium has proven itself in recent years as a high-tech material in industry, medicine and motor racing, due to the aforementioned point. Titanium also has the property of breaking up resonances instead of absorbing them. As a result, the energy of a resonance is broken up into several quieter resonances and does not remain in the headshell.
Due to these properties, the HS-5 is highly recommended for systems with medium and low needle compliance.
The HS-5 headshell is ideally suited in combination with the TY-1 titanium fingerling. This is a finger lever for the Yamamoto headshells made of titanium, which can be exchanged for the brass fingerling to create a harmonious overall concept.

The headshell has a grub screw on the lower side, which can be loosened using the Allen key. This makes it easy to adjust the azimuth of the pickup on the headshell.
The gold-plated screws supplied with the headshell and the finger lever are non-magnetic and therefore have no influence on any magnetic fields of the pickup.
