BUTTERFIELD BLUES BAND THE - Keep On Moving (180g)
With Keep On Moving, The Paul Butterfield Blues Band opened a new chapter in 1969: Away from the raw Chicago blues, towards a warm, soul-soaked sound that combines depth and movement. Horns add colorful accents, while the band around Paul Butterfield is noticeably more mature and structured. The music seems less driven, but more deliberate - almost serene.
It is in quiet moments that the album reveals its strength: space, dynamics and an organic flow that is ideal for a concentrated listening experience. Keep On Moving is not a loud statement, but a quiet transition - and this is precisely where its special power lies.
