01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Pop art image, Aiiroh, original, 2023

Aïroh is a French artist who was born in Narbonne in 1987. Even as a child, he was passionate about painting and drawing. After initially pursuing a career in graphic design and working in France and Switzerland, he finally found his true passion in art.

Drawing inspiration from Pop Art and New Pop Art, Aïroh uses logos and brands in his work to remind us of our dependence on consumerism. The graphic power of these brands has a strong impact on our collective unconscious and aesthetic codes. Aïroh uses various contemporary techniques such as Svarowsky crystals, acrylic, stencil and gel to create his works.

His artworks are characterized by a clear, concise aesthetic that focuses on the essentials. His choice of materials and techniques allows him to create vibrant, colorful works that encourage viewers to reflect on their own consumption habits and the impact they have on society.

Through his unique approach to art, Aïroh has made a name for himself on the French art scene and his works have been shown in various exhibitions and galleries. His talent and creativity will undoubtedly continue to attract attention and be an important voice in contemporary art.
