01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Inert Filler - customdesign

Filling elements for hifi as single element or box of 8 - by customdesign England

The inert fillers from customdesign are ideal for filling columns in the hi-fi sector. The filling elements have a compact consistency. Due to the angular particles, the occurrence of cavities as well as resonance (especially in columns of speaker stands) are noticeably minimized. The application and installation of the filling bags is extremely simple.

The main benefit of filling the columns with mass is to improve the performance of most speakers, especially at bass frequencies.

The inert fillers are available from us as a single bag or in a practical box of 8.
