01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

Backorder Already reordered by us – available shortly Usually available within one week.
New release announced Coming soon – exact delivery time unknown Release date shown on the product page. For US titles, please allow several weeks of lead time.
2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

A38 W - white - Wireless multiroom floorstanding speaker - Audio Pro

A38 - The control center for your home entertainment
Experience an impressive sound experience with the Audio Pro A38 active stereo speaker set that brings music and movies to life in a completely new quality - far superior to conventional soundbars.

Maximum control and flexibility
With the A38, you can control your entire home entertainment system centrally and conveniently. Connect your TV via HDMI ARC and use your TV remote control to adjust the volume. Stream your favorite music wirelessly via WiFi (AirPlay 2) or Bluetooth, and connect external devices such as CD players or record players via the optical or RCA/cinch input.
Operation is either via the Audio Pro app or the supplied remote control. Thanks to five freely assignable presets, you have instant access to saved radio stations or playlists.
With the integrated multiroom function, the A38 can be seamlessly connected to other Audio Pro multiroom speakers in your home network - for music enjoyment throughout the house.

Fine-tuning for perfect sound
In the app, you can adjust the bass and treble individually and also activate a virtual surround effect (available with the HDMI ARC input). This creates an even wider, more realistic sound stage for movies. The effect can be adjusted in three stages to suit your personal preferences and the room acoustics.

Design meets function
The high-quality MDF housing is available in satin white or black lacquer and blends harmoniously into any living environment. The magnetically attached fabric covers ensure an elegant, tidy appearance. Compared to the smaller A28 model, the A38 offers a significantly richer bass foundation thanks to its larger housing and two powerful woofers. Despite the extended sound, the footprint remains compact - ideal for placement right next to the TV.

Future-proof with WiiM technology WiiM inside!
The new Audio Pro app powered by WiiM enables streaming via the most modern and stable protocol - naturally multi-room capable and fully compatible with other WiiM devices.

Compatible models:
A10 MkII W, A15 W, A28 W, A38 W, A48 W, C5 MkII W, C10 MkII W, C20 W, Drumfire II W, Drumfire D-2 W
as well as A10 MkII, A15, A28, A38, A48, C5 MkII, C10 MkII, C20, Drumfire II, Drumfire D-2
