01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

Backorder Already reordered by us – available shortly Usually available within one week.
New release announced Coming soon – exact delivery time unknown Release date shown on the product page. For US titles, please allow several weeks of lead time.
2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

A48 W – weiß - Wireless Multiroom-Standlautsprecher – Audio Pro

A48 - The new definition of home entertainment
Take your home entertainment to a whole new level. The A48 active stereo speaker set offers a breathtakingly detailed and dynamic sound performance - far beyond what typical soundbars can deliver. Music and movie sound are reproduced with impressive clarity, depth and precision.

Maximum control. Maximum variety.
The A48 gives you complete control over your entertainment system.
HDMI ARC:
Connect your TV and control the speakers conveniently via your TV remote control.
Streaming via WLAN incl. AirPlay 2 & Bluetooth:
Access all major music services directly and stream wirelessly in the highest quality.
Versatile connections:

Optical input for CD player
RCA/cinch input for analog devices

Simple operation:
Control everything via the modern Audio Pro app or the high-quality remote control supplied.

Five direct selection buttons:
Instant access to your favorite radio stations and playlists.

Multiroom function:
Combine the A48 with other Audio Pro multiroom speakers and fill your entire home with synchronized sound.

Individual sound - perfectly tailored to your room
In the app, you have access to sensitive sound optimizations. Adjust bass and treble according to your preferences and activate the virtual surround effect if required (only available via HDMI ARC). This creates a wider, more immersive sound stage - ideal for movies. Choose between three intensity levels and adapt the sound experience perfectly to your living space.

Elegant design - perfectly integrated
The elegant MDF housing in satin white or black blends seamlessly into modern living spaces. The magnetically attached fabric covers underline the high-quality character.
Thanks to its larger volume and more powerful amplifiers, the A48 W delivers even more low bass and presence than the more compact A38 W - perfect for a more intense sound experience with a smaller footprint. Ideally positioned on the floor next to the TV.

WiiM inside - the next generation of streaming
The new Audio Pro app is now based on the powerful WiiM platform. This allows you to use the best possible streaming protocol and seamlessly connect new Audio Pro devices with WiiM products - multi-room capable, of course.
