01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

C10 MkII W - black - Multiroom speaker - Audio Pro

Audio Pro C10 MkII - Compact multiroom champion with impressive hi-fi sound
Experience music in a new dimension - with the Audio Pro C10 MkII, the compact multiroom speaker for true hi-fi enjoyment. This elegant all-rounder combines excellent sound with the latest streaming technology and impressive versatility.

Sound that inspires
The C10 MkII impresses with a powerful, detailed sound that effortlessly fills even larger rooms. Thanks to the integrated Class D amplifier (2 x 20 W + 40 W), the speaker delivers rich, precise bass and crystal-clear highs. The 5.25-inch woofer and two ¾-inch textile dome tweeters ensure natural, balanced reproduction across the entire frequency range from 45 Hz to 22 kHz. Perfect for any music genre - from jazz to electro.

Stylish design with an individual touch
The C10 MkII not only looks good, it also adapts to your style. The removable fabric front is attached with invisible magnets, so you can adapt the design to your interior at any time. Compact, elegant and with a high-quality finish - this speaker blends harmoniously into any living environment.

Smart networking with AirPlay 2, Google Cast & Audio Pro Multiroom
Enjoy music wherever you want: With AirPlay 2, Google Cast and Audio Pro Multiroom, the C10 MkII can be seamlessly integrated into your multiroom system. Play your favorite songs simultaneously in multiple rooms or control each speaker individually - simply via app or voice command.
Convenience at the touch of a button
The six programmable preset buttons give you instant access to your favorite playlists or Internet radio stations. With the restreaming function, you can even play music from older sources - such as your record player - and stream it to other devices on the network. This allows you to combine nostalgic sound moments with state-of-the-art technology.

WiiM Inside - the new streaming generation
The latest Audio Pro app "powered by WiiM" provides an even faster, more stable and more versatile streaming experience. You can stream your content not only to Audio Pro devices, but also directly to compatible WiiM products - multi-room capable and with maximum sound fidelity, of course.

Compatibility and connectivity
The C10 MkII is compatible with all new models in the Audio Pro family - including the A10 MkII, A15, A28, A38, A48, C5 MkII, C20 and Drumfire II. Older devices remain fully functional via the existing app.
On the connection side, the speaker offers WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, RCA input and a subwoofer output. Common audio formats such as MP3, WMA, AAC, FLAC and Apple Lossless are supported. The WLAN works with 802.11 b/g/n/ac and supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz - for stable and fast connections.
