01 · Delivery times

When will my order arrive?

Sourcing records and CDs is complex. So that you always know where you stand, we show the delivery time on every item as precisely as possible. Our focus is on audiophile records and CDs – in close cooperation with Sieveking Sound, whose stock is shown in the shop on a daily basis.

For items not in stock, a direct stock check isn’t possible while you order. We check availability immediately afterwards and inform you without delay.

How to read the delivery time: The colour of the delivery van icon on the item matches the colour of the dot in the table.

1–3 days — Klangheimat warehouse In stock & ready to ship Ready for dispatch within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am often ship the same day.
2–6 days — Sieveking Sound Sufficient stock in external warehouse Sufficient stock – quick and easy to reorder.

Backorder Already reordered by us – available shortly Usually available within one week.
New release announced Coming soon – exact delivery time unknown Release date shown on the product page. For US titles, please allow several weeks of lead time.
2–48 weeks Currently unavailable – long wait possible Listed in our catalogue, currently out of stock. Waiting time may be up to 12 months.
Currently sold out Not available Please enquire individually.

Several items, not all in stock? Here’s how we ship

For orders of records and CDs where not all items are in stock, we proceed as follows:

1	Shipped together As a rule, we first reorder missing items so we can send your order in one parcel wherever possible.

2	Immediate partial shipment if the wait is longer If we see right away that an item will take longer, we send you the available items straight away as a partial shipment.

3	Automatic check every 14 days Every 14 days, our system automatically checks whether a further partial shipment can be sent on its way.

For deliveries to other European countries, please allow up to 4 additional working days.

Soundpucks - Magnesium Pucks - 1/4 - Black Forest Audio

Magnesium pucks serve as equipment feet and accommodate equipment and rack spikes while protecting the floor.
But they also achieve very good effect under the original equipment feet made of rubber or other materials. Contrary to all experience, these light metal feet promote a more pleasant harmonic structure of the sounds without slowing down the timing as other damping materials often do.
This effect is also achieved on hard bases made of stone. Depending on the material combination of the equipment and pads, this does not always have to be the case.

The die-cast magnesium pucks are 33mm in diameter and 10mm high, while the SoundSpikes with cast-on tips are 15mm high.

Magnesium spike feet enhance the impact of all types of equipment platforms. Here they are used with the tip up. It is also possible to build a system foot with the tip pointing downwards into the SoundPuck. The listening test will always decide.

SoundPuck 1/4
Magnesium puck round 32 x 10 mm with recess for spike mounting under devices and entire racks, as device foot directly or under existing feet, silver, set 4 pieces

SoundSpike 2/4
Magnesium-Puck round 32 x 12 mm with cast-on spike of 5 mm, total height 17 mm, under platforms top, system foot in combination with Puck 1, silver, set 4 pieces
